Begin to Believe

I am beyond excited to share with you an 8 module pre-recorded course for children to work very closely with Molly and her Magic!

Begin to Believe is a safe space for your little ones feelings. They will be energetically held and encouraged to express what they are feeling inside. This course is truly unique, as it focuses solely on your little one. It is all about them.

It encourages them to discover ways to self regulate in moments of need.

It encourages them to create healthy wellbeing habits that will last a lifetime.

It allows them to begin to believe that they are perfect, loved and accepted exactly as they are.

The way a child feels about themselves affects every area of their life, how they learn, how they play and how they treat others.

The guidance videos are to be practiced and revisited. We all need reminders of what we are learning.

The guidance videos and workbooks are easily accessible on any device by the children without much adult supervision, making it easier for your little one to complete at their own pace.

The magical energy that I have put into this course is so powerful. The 8 modules are filled with fun, practical guidance to build self confidence, work on their self love and start to understand their feelings.

We focus a lot on feelings and practice techniques that will help in moments of need. Self regulation is something we learn as we grow, all feelings are ok, its learning a healthy way to understand these feelings that can really change our lives.
